Terms and Conditions for Know Thyself Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in or accessing any course, content, or services (“Services”) provided by Know Thyself Academy (“the Academy”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not enroll or access our Services.

2. Enrollment and Access

  1. All enrollments are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
  2. Access to course materials is granted for the duration of the subscription or membership; expiration or termination of your account immediately revokes your access.
  3. The Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, feature, or content at any time without notice or liability.

3. Payment and Fees

  1. Fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are due in full at the time of enrollment.
  2. If your payment method is declined or chargeback occurs, the Academy may suspend or terminate your access without refund.
  3. Late or incomplete payments incur a processing fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

4. Intellectual Property

  1. All course content, materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, and designs (“Content”) are the exclusive property of the Academy or its licensors.
  2. You may view and download Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
  3. Unauthorized use of Academy Content will result in termination of access and may lead to legal action.

5. User Conduct

  1. You agree not to (a) share login credentials; (b) copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Content; (c) post defamatory, harassing, or infringing content on Academy forums; or (d) use our platform to solicit or advertise products or services.
  2. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. THE ACADEMY PROVIDES ALL SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ACADEMY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE ACADEMY, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF SERVICES.
  2. THE ACADEMY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE ACADEMY IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Know Thyself Academy, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

9. Termination
The Academy may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  2. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
